You already pay £200 a month for Claude. That gets you six products that don't work together. Project files are the only place Claude can remember things across chats. Each Project keeps its files to itself, and nothing carries from one to the next. The files are read-only. Claude also stops finding the right one once you load more than about thirteen files, however small they are. There is nowhere proper to put your own data.
Maxy stores everything in one connected record on the box: people, conversations, files, money, time. The kinds of things you can put in it, and the kinds of links between them, are decided up front. Claude reads from it and writes to it, but cannot invent new kinds of things or links. The shape stays fixed. What fills it is judged on the fly.
Anthropic sells claude.ai for your own use. It does not sell a version your customers can talk to: one that knows your prices, your hours, and the way you write. Your options are to draft every reply yourself and paste it, or to build the customer-facing version on your own.
Maxy runs customer-facing copies of Claude on the same box as your own. Each copy has its own knowledge, its own rules, and its own way of speaking, all set by you in conversation. A two-person business has the customer presence of a twenty-person one. The line between what you can see and what your customers can see is part of the box itself. Anthropic sells cloud products to everyone. That is the right business for Anthropic to be in. It is not the business of selling a private box that runs in one place, for one person. If you need your data to stay on infrastructure you control, Anthropic has nothing to sell you.

Claude Code is the tool for writing software on Claude. Maxy wraps Claude Code so a non-developer can drive it. If you already write code, use Claude Code directly.
Design is at its best when you are sketching a one-off visual: a mockup, a slide deck, a poster. Anything you do not need to join up with the rest of your work. Maxy does not try to replace Design for those jobs.
